My diverse legal experience is your advantage. I have practiced law since 1981 in many capacities. Having served as a prosecutor, a deputy attorney general and a public defender, I am accustomed to looking at criminal allegations from all the angles. How will the government approach your case? I have served as a commissioner judge (temporary judge) in county courts and taught college and law school courses on criminal law.

I find the positives in each person’s situation, which I use to balance the adverse statements found in the warrants and indictments, to shape the narrative that the judge or jury will consider when deciding your fate.
